Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp to 3sugar
- 8 hamburger buns split
- 8 slices Colby cheese
- 16 slices thindeli ham about 1 pound

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion, poppy seeds and sugar. Place bun bottoms, cut side up, in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Top each with Colby cheese, ham and mozzarella. Brush with half the butter mixture.
- Replace bun tops. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
