Boozy Ice Pops

Instructions
  1. In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, simple syrup and water.
  2. In batches, pour equal parts of lemon juice mixture and flavoured liqueur into cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze overnight.
Simple Syrup
  1. Simple syrup is (as its name implies!) as simple as preparing a 1:1 mixture of sugar and water. Heat one cup of water to near boiling, then add one cup of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for up to three weeks.
