Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1 cup (250 mL) plain yogourt
1/2 cup (125 mL) apricot nectar
1/4 cup (50 mL) organic ginger ale, chilled
2 tbsp (25 mL) honey
1/4 tsp (1 mL) minced fresh ginger

Directions
Blitz ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand blender, until smooth.
