Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 can of tomato paste
1 can of red beans
300 ml of beef bouillon
Olive oil
Directions
- In a large pot, cook onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Add ground beef and cook for about eight minutes.
- Add peppers, tomato paste, chilli powder, bouillon and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and let simmer on a low flame for about 25 minutes.
