- Chocolate Pudding
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 3 cups Natrel Lactose Free 2% Milk
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup 70% Lactose Free Chocolate chopped
- Peanut Butter Pudding
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 3 cups Natrel Lactose Free 2% Milk cold
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
Chocolate Pudding
- In a large bowl, mix sugar and salt. Extract vanilla from bean and combine with milk.
- Mix 1/2 cup (125 mL) of cold milk with cornstarch.
- Add the rest of the milk to the sugar and salt mix, then add it to the milk and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
- In a double boiler, heat the mixture until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool.
Peanut Butter Pudding
- In a large bowl, mix sugar and salt. Extract vanilla from bean and combine with milk.
- Mix 1/2 cup of cold milk with the cornstarch.
- Add the rest of the milk to the sugar and salt mix, then add the milk and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
- In a double boiler, heat the mixture until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool.
Assembly
- In little jars, drop in a spoonful of the chocolate pudding.
- Cover with berries. Top with a spoonful of the peanut butter pudding. Repeat until the pudding is all used up.
- Decorate each jar of pudding with a hazelnut, if desired.
