Lynn Crawford’s Strawberry Lemonade
When life gives you lemons, make some lemonade! Or, why not try Chef Lynn Crawford’s recipe and add some strawberries into the mix?

- 1-1/2 cups strawberries trimmed and halved
- 1-1/2 cups lemon juice
- 6 cups cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- ice cubes as required

Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, puree strawberries with 1/4 cup lemon juice until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve. In a large pitcher, stir together strawberry purée, remaining lemon juice and sugar. Add water and stir well.
- Serve over ice.
Recipe Notes
For Cherry or Raspberry Lemonade, substitute same amount of washed, pitted cherries or raspberries for the strawberries.
