Ingredients
250g (½ lb) Nordic shrimps
1 large apple, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
60ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
10ml (2 tsp) hot chili sauce
30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
60ml (¼ cup) chopped chives
8 slices of toast
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and chili sauce. Add chopped apple and diced pepper.
- Chop shrimps on a cutting board.
- Add shrimps to sauce and mix well.
- Serve shrimp salad on slices of toast. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
