- 1 can Clover Leaf All Natural Tuna
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Greek-style yogurt
- spinach
- tomatoes sliced
- carrots shredded

- In a medium bowl, mash together the Clover Leaf All Natural Tuna and the avocado.
- Add remaining ingredients, except the bread, and mix well.
