Instructions
- Combine above ingredients to create the salad.
- Combine 1/4 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing and 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; add to salad.
- Chill. Divide 1-1/2 cups torn romaine between two salad plates; top with chicken mixture.
