Shredded Pork with Beans

- 3 lbs pork tenderloin cut to 3-in. lengths
- 2 cans black beans (15 oz. each) rinsed and drained
- 1 jar picante sauce (24 oz.)
- hot cooked rice optional

Instructions
- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, place the pork, beans and picante sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until pork is tender. Shred pork; return to slow cooker. Serve with rice if desired.
