Ingredients
- 2 cartons honey Greek yogurt 6 ounces each
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks (3 ounces each)

Instructions
- Place the first 4 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
