Wild Blueberry Apple Smoothie
If you use frozen wild blueberries, take 200g defrosted blueberries and add juice or milk for this delightful beverage!

Ingredients
- 4 cups wild blueberries frozen
- 1 cup apple sauce unsweetened
- 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt for garnish
- fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Puree apple sauce, yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar in a blender. Add frozen wild blueberries one cup at a time and blend thoroughly. Pour into glasses immediately. Carefully add vanilla yogurt and wild blueberries on top. Garnish with lemon zest as desired.
